MORADA DE MUJERES DEL MILENIO


Morada de Mujeres del Milenio is a support group focused on families and individuals affected by different emotional factors. Our main intention is to canalize the factors affecting them and help them to eliminate the fear and frustrations with interactivity and sharing of information that will be useful to solve the current situation. Domestic violence affects all races, religions, ages, gender, geographic locations, sexual orientations, and financial and social standing, we are here to help people with any family issues that involve domestic violence.

HUMANITY: We work very close with the community to provide assistance to the highest point of respect without any kind of discrimination and promotes mutual understanding, friendships and peace.

We work without any kind of discrimination as to nationality, race, religious beliefs, class or political opinions.

OUR MISSION


Dwelling of Woman of the Millennium's mission is to help people in our community to manage the risks of domestic violence in everyday of our life, recover from the unexpected, and help to reach their dreams become true.


OUR VISION


The elimination of violence against women, children and family members with the help of God and the collaboration of sponsors and agencies for a better life style.


Our group includes, but is not limited to:
On-Going Domestic Violence Support Group, Parenting After Violence Group, Anger Manager, Family Domestic Violence Home Visit Support Group, Abuse-in-Later-Life Support Group, Financial Self-sufficiency group, Job training for woman and teenager, Meditation group, First Aid, Citizenship classes, Business planning, Help with Healthy Families application and Medi-cal application, Nutrition, Computer classes, Translation English and Spanish. Provide certificate of completion for hours ordered by the Court.

Child Care is provided on most of our programs. We also provide referrals to: therapist, psychologist, public nurse, attorney, public notary, home assistance and more.
